ನನ್ನನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಭದ್ರ ಕೋಟೆ ಗಟ್ಟಿ ಬೇಲಿ
ಛಿದ್ರಗೊಳಿಸಿ ಎದೆ ತಟ್ಟುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ನೀನು ಮಂಡಿಯೂರಿ ಬಿಡು
ನೀನೂ ಮಂಡಿಯೂರಿ ಬಿಡು
ಮಾರ್ದನಿಸುವ ಮಾತುಗಳಿಗೆ
ಇನ್ನೆಷ್ಟು ಕಾಲ ಕಿವುಡಾಗಿರಲಿ
ಹಾದಿ ಮರೆವ ಮುನ್ನ ನಾಕು
ಹೆಜ್ಜೆ ನಡೆದು ಬರಲೆ
ಹನಿ ಮುತ್ತು ಜಲಗರ್ಭದ
ಚಿಪ್ಪೊಳಗೆ ಕಾಣೆಯಾಗಲು
ಬಿಡಬೇಡ ಮುಳುಗಿ ತೆಗೆ
ಪಿಸುಮಾತು ಕೇಳುತ್ತಿದೆ
ಪ್ರತಿಧ್ವನಿ ತರಂಗವಾಗಿ
ಹೃದಯದಲಿ ನಯವಾಗಿ
ನವುರಾಗಿ ಲಯವಾಗಿ
ಕಂಪನ ಎಬ್ಬಿಸುತ್ತಿವೆ.
ದುಬಾರಿ ಕಾಲ ಸಾಬೀತು
ಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ ಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೊಮ್ಮೆ
ಜಾರಿಹೋದ ನೆನಪುಗಳ
ಈಟಿಯಿಂದ ಇರಿಯುತ್ತಾ.
ನಾನು ಶರಣಾಗಿ ಬಿಡಲೆ
ನಾನೂ ಶರಣಾಗಿ ಬಿಡಲೆ

The honest yearning of your eyes
Is haunting me across,
Destructing all the fortress’ and barricades,
Now knocking at my heart.
You kneel down,

I can’t keep all those whispers
Unheard anymore,
Shall I tread a few more steps
Before the path fades.
A murmur says to dive deep
And pick the pearl drop,
Before it gets trapped
In the oyster of an aquatic womb.
All the echoes are transversing
To reach my heart,
And trembling it
With a soft tender rhythm.
The precious spear of time
Is piercing me hard,to prove
The innocence of bygone memories,
Moment by moment.
