ಪ್ರಭುವೆ

ಹಚ್ಚಿಕೊಂಡ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯೊಂದು
ಕಾಯುವ ಬಯಕೆ ಹುಟ್ಟಿಸುತ್ತದೆ ಪ್ರಭುವೇ.

ಕಾಲ ಭಾವಗಳ ಮಾಗಿಸಬಹುದು
ಬಾಗಬಹುದು ಬಲು ಗಟ್ಟಿ
ಎನಿಸಿದ್ದ ಒಳಗಿನ ಒಣ ಅಹಮ್ಮು.

ಬರಡು ಎದೆಯಲ್ಲೂ ಕಳೆಹೂವುಗಳು
ಅರಳಿ ಅಸಡ್ಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿಗಿದ ಈ
ತುರುಬಿಗಿಡುವ ಆಸೆಯುದಿಸಬಹುದು.

ಭೂತದ ಬೇತಾಳ ಈ ಹೆಗಲಿಂದ
ಜಿಗಿದು ನೇತಾಡಿದ ಮರದಡಿಯಲ್ಲೇ
ಕುಳಿತು ಹೊಸ ಮಾದರಿ ಕನಸ
ಹೆಣೆಯಬಹುದು.

ಹಿಡಿ ಮಣ್ಣಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಜಗ ಅಡಗಿರುವ
ಕುರಿತು ತಡವಾಗಿಯಾದರೂ
ಅರಿವಾಗಬಹುದು.
ನಾಳಿನ ಸೂರ್ಯನೆದೆಯಲ್ಲಿ
ಬಾಳಿನ‌ ಬಣ್ಣ ತುಳುಕಾಡಬಹುದು.

ಹಣೆಯ ಹಳೆ ಬರಹ ಬರೆದವ
ಬದಲಿಸಿ ಶುಭವಾಗಲಿ ಎಂದಾಗ
ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ ಸಪ್ತಪದಿ ಬಯಕೆ
ಮೂಡಬಹುದು..

ಅತಿಯೆಂದು ಹಂಗಿಸದಿರು ಪ್ರಭುವೇ…

ಮರಳುಗಾಡಿಗೂ ಆಗಾಗ ಅತಿವೃಷ್ಟಿ
ಯೋಗವಿದೆ.
ನಡುದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲೂ ಬೀಜವೊಂದು
ಕುಡಿಯೊಡೆದ ಕುರುಹಿದೆ.

ಎದೆ ಕಿಟಿಕಿಯ ಗಾಜು ಒರೆಸಿಡುತ್ತೇನೆ ನಾನೇ
ಬೆಳಕು ಬಾಗಿ ಒಳಗಿಳಿಯಲು
ತುಸುವಾದರೂ ಸಹಕರಿಸು ಪ್ರಭುವೆ.

Oh! My lord!

A sincere faith
evokes the desire to wait,
My lord.

As the time rolls on
emotions can be ripen

The self esteem inside
supposed to be hard
can be bent down

Blossom may appear
on my dried up bosom
And evoke the
desire to wear it on
my gnarled knot.

Jumped off this shoulder
And sitting on the same tree,
clinged earlier
the haunting past
may braid new dreams.

Lately may be awared
that the whole world is within a handful of soil
All colours of my future life may spill out
In tomorrow’s sun rays.

When the intender
changes my destiny written earlier and
Wishes me good luck,
Then it may arise
the desire to cover saptapadi(seven steps) once again in life

“Its too much”
Don’t hurl an abuse like this, my lord.

Even in the desert there is a possibility of a flood.
In the middle of the road,there is a sign of sprouted seed.

Myself will clean
the window panes of my heart,

My Lord,
Please… assist..
the light to bow down and enter into it.
