ಇದರ ಹಂಗೇ ಬೇಡ ಎಂದು
ಮರದಿಂದ ಕಳಚಿಕೊಂಡ
ಎಲೆ ಈಗ ಸ್ವತಂತ್ರ-

ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆ ಎತ್ತುವ ,ಕೆಳಕ್ಕೆ
ತಳ್ಳುವ ಗಾಳಿಯ ನಡುವೆ
ಎಲೆಗೆ
ಆಕಾಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಜೀಕುತ್ತ
ಸ್ವಚ್ಛಂದ ವಿಹರಿಸುವ ಹಕ್ಕಿ
ಕನಸು

ಗುರಿಯಿರದ ಚಲನೆಯಲಿ
ಕನಸೊಡೆದು
ನಗು ಮಾಯವಾಗಿ
ಆಕಾಶ ದಕ್ಕದೆ ನೆಲ
ಕೈಗೆಟುಕದೆ
ಎಲೆ ಎಲೆಲೆ
ಹೊಯ್ದಾಡಿ,
ಈಗ ತ್ರಿಶಂಕು.

ಹಕ್ಕಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಮೇಲೆ
ನಸು ನಗುತ್ತಿದೆ
ಮರದ ಜೊತೆ
ಎಲೆಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿ ನೋಡಿ.

ಆಕಾಶ ಸುಮ್ಮನಿದೆ.

ಕರುಣಾಮಯಿ ಧರಿತ್ರಿ
ಅವಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ ಎಲೆಯ
ತನ್ನ ತೆಕ್ಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ
ಅಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತದೆ
ತನ್ನ ಒಡಲಲ್ಲಿ.

LEAF

Thought not tobe
In its owe
took off from the tree
that leaf is now free

The leaf
amid the lifting up
and pushing down
air
being swinged
with a dream
of free flying bird.

In its aimless journey
with broken dreams
forgets laughs.
neither found the land
nor the sky.
The leaf .. ..wavelets
fluctuated,
in a state of trishanku.

The bird
sitting
upon
laughs at its condition
With the tree.

The sky is mum

sympathetic
earth
embosoms the leaf
hides it out
in its womb.
